TEMPORARY CONTRACT POSITION AVAILABLE:

Frontier Networks is looking for a temporary Junior Technician to join our growing team! 6-day workweeks required.
** Pay: $15.00/hr (10 hours work day)

Duties/Responsibilities:

♦Driving to customers' business sites across Canada
♦Professional appearance in representing Frontier Networks
♦Installing Modems at customers' premises across Canada
♦Testing connectivity
♦Follow through on sign off with customers
♦Update handlers at head office
♦Basic trouble shooting

Critical Competencies:

♦Have a valid drivers license
♦Proficient with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office programs
♦Excellent customer service skills
♦Exceptional oral and written communication skills
♦Demonstrated problem solving and trouble shooting skills
♦Technical experience is an asset
♦Can work well in stressful/time sensitive situations
♦Must be willing to work flexible hours
♦Criminal/Background check is required
♦Must be bondable
♦Must have valid Canadian passport or American Visa
♦Must have a valid credit card
♦Air travel may be required
