The Role:

We have a direct sales team that approaches end user business’ on a daily basis. We are looking to grow our indirect channel. This would include cold calling IT Integrators, Competitive Carriers, Cloud Providers etc. who would like to work with Frontier. You can read more about what we do here.

Our ideal candidate:

Broadband and voice products are a dime a dozen in our world today. What is not is the ability to identify opportunities to save our client’s money. Our technology is different so is the way we built our network; it just works better. Our access products are easy to quote but more important, easy for our customers to buy.

Our Voice platform was developed by highly educated people who not only understand voice but understand that our competitors networks are inflexible, as are their employees.

We see a world of upside. The big guys are losing focus, the little guys cannot scale. We are the new ‘middle’ and it is where you want to be in your career. We are excited to hold patents in some of our core technologies.

We are looking for new, smart, talented people who want to be trained and are looking to enter into a sales career. Initially working as an Inside Sales – Broadband, VoIP, Colocation and Cloud Services.

We will show you everything you need to know about broadband (Internet and private branch connectivity such as MPLS circuits). Our footprint is impressive and covers all markets in Canada. With our gateways, we are able to provide seamless coverage worldwide.

We offer an impressive bundle of Broadband, Voice services and Colocation. Our voice service is different than traditional VoIP in that it is private vs. routed over the internet. If you understand why this is good than you will be a good fit. Our DID coverage is extensive and covers Canada and the USA extensively.

If you are new and looking for a career in sales then we will train you and make sure that you will work hard.
