Marc has over 25 years of building, maintaining, and “tinkering” with IT infrastructure. He has often been referred to as a “super hero” when it comes to keeping things running smoothly and without any glitches. Marc is responsible for the day-to-day operations and network planning of Frontier’s expansive network core. Marc’s team leads development of client facing support tools. Additionally, he leads the Customer Support Centre team which provides our clients with the best level of service and experience in the industry.
Rose leads Frontier’s Customer Care and Project Management Team. With over 22 years experience and a passion for detail, Rose and her team manage all the moving parts so you don’t have to. Her team is responsible for timely execution of projects and ensures that both deadlines and budgets are met. Rose also leads Frontier’s internal quality control undertakings. Oh and by the way, she’s a pleasure to deal with.
Louie leads a team of Telecommunication Analysts that pour through our partner bills on a monthly basis, so you don’t have to. His team has negotiated some of the best rates and service levels in the industry. The harder Louie’s team works, the easier it is for us to present a simple consolidated invoice to our clients. Louie is an essential component of Frontier’s customer service team, ensuring timely, consolidated and accurate billing.
